Subsets of the population (special ministries, administrators, staff, youth, deacons, trustees...) can be grouped.
The site manager has total control of structure, content and display. The system automatically stores standard contact data and personal characteristics, and you can include numerous data elements of your own choice.
You have complete discretion with regard to what appears on the public displays. You can show nothing at all, or you might choose to show a persons' name and date of association with your organization but not that person's telephone. Email addresses are not displayed by the system - unless you do so in an open text element - to prevent unwanted contact. No one can contact your members unless you allow it.
List View
Sort and display members of roster by name, characteristics. Small portraits are automatic. Click a member row for details. Confidentiality is subject to your privacy settings, with defaults set to maximum privacy.
Detail View
Personal details are limited to those you choose to display. Both the list and the details can be completely hidden, or you can display data selectively, such as to produce a member directory.
